Do not put place/use in direct sunlight or colors may fade. To clean – dry cleaning recommended. It is possible with careful hand-wash in warm water using a wool detergent. Creases can be ironed out on a wool (low) steam setting.

Design story: YIrrikipayi (crocodile) Design
Yirrikipayi is a Tiwi language word for salt water crocodile, the largest living reptile and fiercest predator in the world. The Yirrikipayi holds great cultural significance for Tiwi people. Karina made detailed repetition of the triangle that illustrates the patter of the crocodile’s skin at its awe inspiring teeth.
Karina is a member of Munupi Arts located on Melville Island north of Darwin in the Northern Territory.
