Fabric: printed Tencel (70%) & linen (30%) (front) and unprinted cotton (back)
Color: the base cloth is black, and the inks are multicoloured. It is a 5 screen design. The back of the cushion is black.
Please note that each cushion is unique and the placement of the design is different and wonderful on each item. The fabric was made into cushion covers by Mrs Pichreay our fair trade partner in Cambodia.

The artist: Patricia Marrfurra McTaggart
Patricia is a well respected weaver, painter, fabric artist and academic. She has co-authored seven books and speaks four Indigenous languages and is an authority in local culture. She is often engaged by organisations like Federal government departments and scientists from CSIRO for consultancy work. In her weaving work she uses materials gathered from merrepen palm and has devised her own secret techniques. Patricia’s language skills mean she is often called on to assist as a court translator.
