Design: Finches
About the design: Karen’s representation of finches reflects her passion for the wildlife around her home country, Yuendumu. Karen captures colour and life in this arid landscape. Nothing about local animals escapes her keen eye. Karten has painted a lot of Jukurrpa (Ancestral Creation Stories) in the past but is now very focused on wildlife.
